NoCloudPDF (the “Service”) is operated by Simtile, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Simtile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you access the Service at nocloudpdf.com.
Short version: the Service processes your files entirely in your browser and does not transmit them anywhere. We don't run analytics, ads, or tracking. The only data we see is standard web-server request metadata required to deliver the page.
The Service enforces this technically via a Content Security Policy
header (connect-src 'self') that only allows network
requests to the Service's own origin (nocloudpdf.com). The origin
serves static assets only — no API endpoints that could accept your
data. External analytics, tracking, and cloud storage are blocked
at the browser level. You can verify in your browser's DevTools →
Network tab: turn on Offline mode and sign a PDF — everything still
works.
When your browser requests our pages, our hosting provider (see Section 6) receives standard HTTP request data: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, HTTP referrer, and the URL requested. This metadata is used solely to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. It is not linked to specific users or document activity and is retained only for the period needed for security and operational logging (typically under 30 days).
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. The Service does not set any HTTP cookies.
Your signature images are stored in your browser's IndexedDB;
preferences (language, signature size, date toggle) are stored in
localStorage. This data stays on your device and is
necessary for the Service to function. You may delete it at any time
through your browser's “Clear site data” option.
We do not retain any information about you or Your Content. The Service has no back-end database. Server request logs (Section 2) are retained by our hosting provider for a short period as described in their policy.
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy and CDN and processes HTTP request metadata as described in Section 2. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
No other third-party services have access to your data through the Service.
Because Your Content never leaves your browser, there is no international transfer of that content. Server request metadata (Section 2) is processed by Cloudflare's global network, which may include edge servers in the United States, the European Union, and other regions.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) grants you certain rights regarding your personal information. Because we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, most of those rights have no practical application. You may still contact us with questions at privacy@nocloudpdf.com. In the prior 12 months we have not sold or shared personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (or equivalent UK/Swiss law) grants you the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. Because we do not collect personal data about you, most of those rights have no practical application. For server log metadata (Section 2), our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not track users, so we treat all browsers equivalently regardless of their Do Not Track setting.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
